Return & Refund Policy

We want every piece you order from XONEOFART to feel right on your wall. Between our Preview Before Shipping step and this 30-day return policy, you can order hand-painted art with confidence.

30-Day Returns, Any Reason

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason — the artwork doesn't suit your space, the color reads differently in your light, or the size isn't quite right. To qualify:

  • The artwork must be in its original condition, unaltered and undamaged.
  • It must be securely repacked, ideally in the original packaging.
  • Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.
  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We'll help you arrange the label if you'd like.

Not as Described

If the artwork you receive does not match the description or images on our website, you're entitled to a full refund, including return shipping. Please note that every XONEOFART piece is painted by hand — slight variations in brushwork and texture are part of what makes each piece one of a kind, and are not considered defects.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, email photos of the piece and the packaging to support@xoneofart.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the damaged piece back. Every shipment is insured at no cost to you.

Custom Art Orders

Because commissioned pieces are painted just for you, they follow slightly different rules:

  • Before painting begins: cancel anytime for a full refund.
  • After painting begins, before shipping: cancellation is possible with a 20% materials fee.
  • Preview stage: you'll receive photos of the finished piece before it ships and can request adjustments — this is your moment to make sure it's exactly right.
  • After delivery: custom pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but they're fully covered for transit damage and not-as-described issues.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@xoneofart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply with your return authorization and the return address (10746 Commerce Way, Unit B-6, Fontana, CA 92337).
  3. Ship the artwork back within 7 days, carefully packaged.
  4. After inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
